Cant decrypt my game folder

HelloI recently reinstalled my windows ( i was an insider user ). By the way, after reinstalling windows, i can't access my game folder . Games are encrypted, and when i want to run game i getting an error " Windows can not access the specified device path or file . you may not have the appropriate permission to access the item"I try all can i find in web like cipher , unblock , properties encrypt and decrypt and etc.So i need a new solution Thanks for your time and your help.
