I can't change my default save location

So I was moving my SSD to my new computer and was trying to set it to be the default save location on my new computer but due to the existence of the windows apps folder, I am unable to. I've deleted a lot of my previous documents and such trying to get it to work and this folder is the last thing I think is in my way.Edit: I've figure out how to get it off but I still am unable to set my SSD D) to my default save location due to error 0x80070005. How to solve?
