one specific network isnt visible but is visible once is use a wireless network adapter

so i recently bought this laptop, i come back to the house with it, i try to connect to a specific network, but the network isnt there, it's on other devices though. i've tried fixing the issue but nothing worked. the only thing that temporarily worked was the external network driver i have, but i dont want to use it too much. any ideas on how to resolve the issue?Ive already tried :reinstalling network driversrestarting my computerdisabling/enabling network adapters(internal)screenshots: (before and after i plug in the wireless network adapter)
