Computer stuck on windows boot manager nothing responds

Hello please help so I was installing Linux to try a school project but the laptop seems to be stuck on the windows boot manager and it's say "Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the case" and on the bottom it says WINDOWS KEY = Next OS but nothing would press and I tried anothe keyboard and the laptop won't switch off or restart using power button
