How to upgrade windows 10 l0t Enterprise to 11 l0t enterprise ?

We tried to upgrade from the Windows 10 l0t Enterprise to 11 l0t enterprise. The upgrading process was unsuccessful, and even though I changed the Windows 10 product key, I can't proceed. Are there any instructions to upgrade from Windows 10 l0t enterprise ltsc to Windows 11 l0t enterprise ltsc?Thanks
