My laptop still runs when I turn it off

I turned off the laptop but the fan, keyboard, etc. were still running so it made my computer very hot and drained the battery. I have updated to the latest version of Windows but this problem is still not fixed.Edition: Windows 11 ProVersion: 22H2Installed on: 28-Sep-22OS build: 22621.4112
