There is a vertical scrool bar in my second monitor

Hi Everyone, Today, after a week of not using my laptop at home, I found that my second monitor has a scroll bar.I have checked all resolution settings, and they are all set to native and zoom, and everything else is to the default setting. I have also reinstalled the driver to a clean install, but nothing works. Is there any help you can provide? Thank you very much this picture is of my second screen it is an ASUS 27" (1920x1080)
