The numeric keyboard on my HP5 Envy is only partially working.

The numbers 5 and 6 are the only keys working on my HP Envy laptop. Everything was fine yesterday but I've noticed that something called CoPilot has automatically been installed overnight. Could this be the cause of the problem? Is there a fix available?
