I am encountering unstable internet connection even after resetting my Windows 10 PC. I can browse websites but I would sometimes encounter one of the following errors:- "Out of memory errors" on Edge even though my system has about 11GB of unused RAM. The system has a total of 16GB of RAM. - Sometimes webpages would stop or fail to load. - Downloads get interrupted. - Downloaded files are sometimes corrupted. - Games would sometimes crash when loading online content. I also notice that this PC is the only one encountering this error though I am not encountering these errors when I am download
