Laptop won’t turn on, when charging it won’t turn on but once I take charger out it turns on and off right away

Hey my laptop won’t turn on when I charge it, it shows the red dot indicating it being charged but won’t turn on and then when I take the charger out it shows the chuwi logo then turn off again how can I fix
