SNH-gen [DRP] trojan virus

It seems I have a self renewing virus. Norton says it is quarantining a Dropper virus Script: SNH-gen [DRP]. Norton quarntines it and then it is back and messing with my email client. I have used Norton, Malwarebytes, and Hitman pro to try to rid it. They all say its clean and then it comes right back. Any ideas? Thanks!Rich
