Windows Server 2012 R2 Servers not reflecting on Azure Arc

Hello TeamWe have Windows Server 2012 R2 Servers. We installed all the pre-requisite which required to enable ESU License but still its not reflectin in azure arc.As checked in registry value is 0. I entered manually to 1 but again its reverting to 0.[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Azure Connected Machine Agent\ArcESU] "Enabled"=dword:00000001
