So I have a lenovo-windows 11 laptop, and I'm not sure exactly when or why it started but 3 of my arrow keys (up, left, & right) are unresponsive. the down arrow works perfectly though. but no matter how light or heavily I press them, nothing happens. I haven't had this laptop for more than 5 months, and they definitely worked when I first got it but now they do not. I've already done several searches on why this is, trouble-shot, updated/reinstalled the driver, and even gone as far as to removing all 4 of the keys from their slots, but there was no visible problems, and no dirt.
