Windows 10: I'm not sure why I pressed on my keyboard but my entire screen reset, all apps on toolbar disappeared

I pressed on some shortcut on keyboard that I had no idea existed and my screen seemed to swipe away and opened this new window session with none of my apps showing. My taskbar is still there, I can click on it just fine, open new things but my apps are completely gone.When I ctrl+alt+delete, I can still see: But on my taskbar, everything disappeared. See picture below:
