The lady AI that answer are really stupid (or pretend to be) so you don't get any help at the end. Are people obselete in the hunt to earning money and don't have any real people to talk to. I had my Microsoft Account Hacked and I was explaining that for the AI-Lady time after time and she said (Idon't understand you today) and I hung up the phone after some tries. Then after 5 min I did a new trie and she said emiditly that she couldnt help me with a hacked account before I even told her about it. So she really knew that my number was coupled to a hacked account. Seems strange to me.
