The Ethernet connection under Network Connections keeps flickering on and off that the ethernet is disconencted

The Ethernet connection under Network Connections keeps flickering on and off that the ethernet is disconencted, this happens when i periodically get disconnected all from 30 seconds til a couple of minutes. I have tested everything i can think of otherwise, swapped cables, swapped routers, swapped a switch and still i am the only one with the issue on our home network.
