I can't buy an item on the Microsoft Store because it doesn't allow me to change the billing adress from an american to a european one

So I'm trying to buy the Black Sails complete series thought Microsoft Store. When I'm in the billing process, it makes me put an american address instead of my already existing billing address. I've got a Microsoft account with the Microsoft 365 subscription all set to my billing address in Portugal, so I don't really understand why it does not allow me to do a simple purchase. Is it a product that's only purchasable with an American billing adress? Before you tell me to check my region on my pc settings or to check my country on the billing address, already done those, sign out and logged in
