KB5043076 - Loss of Network Connectivity

I've just installed KB5043076, and find that I've lost all network connectivity. My ethernet adapter shows good status and I have connected to wifi (which I typically don't use at all), but seem to have lost all functioning network connectivity.I also attempted to roll back the update through Windows Update -> Update history -> Uninstall updates but am left with "No internet access" on both the ethernet and wifi interfaces.Any others seeing similar behaviors?
