Here is the series of events that led to this convoluted issue:1. PC was experiencing network issuesAt this point, I was able to use my PIN to sign in, and access all my apps as usual. The only issue I had was not being able to access Internet. I had found a troubleshooting method where one would attempt system restore. This is when the issue compounds on itself, leading to the next events.2. System Restore FaliureUpon attempting a system restore, I was signed out of the PC and a restart occurred, as expected.
