I am the new system administrator at my job, previously IT was outsourced, I have a system running Win 10 2016 LTSB 1607 build 14393.7336 that's been used for the last 6(?) years and I need to update the machine as video driver and others are not being installed etc. Each thing I have tried has been denied, I am thinking that I need a new license as I do not have access to any volume licensing information, I have extracted the product key and tried re-installing windows with the key but am not able becuase of the volume licensing issue. Any advice or hints is most welcomed.Product key channel:
