This event happens to all applications that have a browser. Chrome, Edge, Steam, Opera.... there does not seem to be a fix for it either.This happened following a "forced update" after I updated my registry to force target windows version: current. Found on a vendor website.What happens is any time I open a game, application that launches into full screen mode, if any browser is open at the time, it immediately changes size and position.
