Internet connection 5Ghz by wireless adapter

Dears,I'm using a wireless wi-fi adapter TP-LINK Archer T3u Plus with 2.4/5 ghz connection.Few days ago i have problem with electrity in hause, and then when i turn on my PC i lost connection with my 5Ghz Wi-fi.Few facts:1) i see the 5ghz wifi on my phone,2) on my PC i can see the 5ghz wi-fi but not mines.
