After over 2 years, I have finally received a notification to download and update from Windows 10 Ver 22H2 (OS Build 19045.4894, Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.19060.1000.0) to Windows 11 , I have attempted to download 6 times without success, failure code 0xc1900223. I have run the Windows Update Troubleshooter and it initially said it made "some changes", but still will not download. My laptop is connected to a power source, USB device (mouse) removed per general troubleshooting guidelines, but only got to 8% downloaded until it quite.What can I do to get this update downloaded?
