Built a PC with a new SSD, moved my old SSD to D drive, but can't find files on it

Took the old C drive SSD from my old computer and popped it into my new build as a secondary drive, but I can't seem to find the desktop or desktop files anywhere in there. Where are they hiding? Windows 11.
