I’m experiencing an issue with Bluetooth audio devices on my Acer Aspire 5 laptop running Windows 10. When I connect my Soundcore by Anker Liberty 4 NC wireless earbuds (and other Bluetooth headphones/earbuds), the device only connects as "Hands-Free AG Audio," and the stereo version shows as grayed out and disconnected. I’ve tried installing the latest bluetooth and audio drivers, disconnecting and reconnecting the earbuds, adjusting sound settings, and disabling Hands-Free Telephony, but nothing has worked.
