This problem has started up out of know where. i was trying to upload a video to youtube yesterday and the upload was stuck at 1% so i went to speedtest.net and my upload speed was at 0.3. i have tried i lot of things but nothing seems to work. This seems to be the only device in my house that has this upload speed and i have check most of the devices for this.
