The sequence of events that describes the problem with my HP laptop, when plugged into an external display, and using the external display as the main screen.1. Computer is on and running fine, logged in and I am working on a word document or something.2. I go to make a cup of tea and the laptop goes to sleep.3. when I return I press any key such as space bar.4. the screen is black for around 25 seconds.5. There is about a 3 second window between the external screen turning on, showing the "enter password" box before the pc goes back to sleep again.6. If I look away (for a sip of tea) I miss t
