Windows 10 pc. Help with deleting admin account.

I have recently booted up an old computer where I have no access to admin features. How can I delete this and become an admin myself? The email assigned is a made mail, *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and there is no password for this neither.Every time I try to unistall or add a program I am asked for admin password which there aint one.I am not technically minded, is there a fix for this?
