Windows Fax service (fxssvc.exe) crashes for specific document

We are using FaxComExLib.dll to send fax to the Microsoft Fax service. Works for all other documents but for specific document, it gets crashed.When we remove that particular fax from the MS Fax queue, it works.Event Viewer Logs: The Fax Service encountered a problem and needed to close. Error Code: 0x00000000 This error code indicates the cause of the error. A Windows Error Report was generated with full details about the problem.
