Pc freezes for seconds after adding ram

I have recently added 2(8gb xpg gammix d10 3200mhz) making a total of 32gb of ram and my computer just randomly freezes for about 1-3 seconds just browsing through the computer or just playing the game even cuts out audio during those seconds. If anyone can help me fix this issue i would highly appreciate it.Specs: Windows 11 home amd ryzen 7 5700 3.7ghz 16gb ddr4 memory nvidia GeForce rtx 3060 12gb 500gb pci-e nvme ssd 1tb hdd* Changed to a question
