Hey so I have had this problem for a bit but I was always able to login because I always made a new PIN and it didn’t work so it would let me in to my profile. But sum thing changed today and it is asking instead of making a new PIN, to install an app to allow the proses of creating a PIN. If you say No or Yes the same thing happened with is that it just leaves you there in the same screen asking you to set up a PIN. I have tried some stuff like safe mode and I tried to get into the command prompts but there is another problem that when I click on command prompts it asks to pick a user and log
