Please enable long-path for system Explorer.exe (missing longPathAware entry in the manifest)

Redirecting engineers complained the issue, and I found the above article complaining the same thing. Even the registry and gpedit have been updated, the built-in Zipper in Explorer is not working.Then I found the Explorer.exe's manifest does not have the longPathAware entry, so it does not respect system settings.Please make it work, thanks a lot!
