Is there a way to bypass admin password requirement for advance option

i’ve encounter the critical_process_died and the infinite restarting for windows ten and i’m aware of all of the option, but the issue is i can’t do that stuff with them, thanks to them needing me to type in a password to be able to do those options, and i can’t remember what i put down as the password for the admin account is there a way to bypass that requirement? i can’t access the laptops settings thanks to the infinite restarting and bumping into came across an issue whenever pressing exit and continue
