Windows can't be installed ......

After all attempts to reset, my Inspiron laptop with only 30 Gb internal and no SSD , does not have enough space to clean Re-install windows, I tried new install with a downloaded installation media. When I run it on booting : Where do you want to install windows; then : "Windows can't be installed on drive 0 partition 1. The partition is an EFI system partition (ESP) ".This is likely an unusual rom setup. How do I install Windows on this ?
