My mom got a new laptop, and upon startup she could not log into her own Microsoft account, so I signed in. I made a local account, logged out of my account, and tried to log into her account but I am stuck at the screen that says "Sign into this computer using your Microsoft account. Next time you sign into this computer, use your Microsoft account password or Windows Hello, if you've set it up. We'll need your current Windows password one last time."I have tried to enter my Microsoft password, her pin, her Microsoft password, and even clicking enter and leaving the field blank as suggested o
