Just bought new SSD, but ran into a problem (Reboot and select proper boot)

everytime i try booting up the new ssd (Kingston A400) i get the error "reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device and press a key" the ssd is the only thing in the boot order and switiching the SATA setting did not work, what do i do?i also do not have a USB or DVD
