I am no longer able to access my setting or search bar on windows10, I was setting up my wireless headphones and downloaded dolby access and ICUE and accidentally halfway through the repair of ICUE shutdown my computer now whenever i click on search absolutely nothing happens and when i try to open settings it starts opening for about 2 seconds before closing itself with no error message.i have tried most things i have seen online as fixes with 0 success:i have restarted my computer like 8 timesi have used SFC /scannow into DISM /online /cleanup-image /restore healthi have tried accessing sett
