Dear all, i wish u can help me on this, i just received a laptop from my employer, it seems it was signed in to another account, i logged in mine and deleted the old one... Now i am turning on the laptop, the lock screen is not opening..."something happened and your pin isnt available. Click to set up your pin again." Though pressing on set up my pin is not opening any, and SIGN IN OPTIONS is either pin (not opening) or password, and the password is for the previous employee and the hint of the password is there.. But we are not able to reach out to him... Do u have a clue how can i change it
