I get the BSOD on start up.

I had internet connectivity issues, but rectified them with a restoration to a previous print. I tried starting up again but I get the BSOD. I’ve tried restarting, no change. I tried a previous restore point but it won’t let me choose the C drive. How do I fix it, please?
