After installing Microsoft windows 11 latest upgrade (KB5043076) on version 23H2 two days ago on the 12/09/2024 I tried to shut down my laptop the machine powered down then immediately restarted. The only way it can be shut down is by holding the power on/off switch down for 5seconds or more.. It seems as if the windows shutdown button is acting as a restart button.
