Reset error

I have attempted to reset my computer, but it is not functioning. after I select "Reset" in the settings. When my computer rebooted, it took me to a blue screen with just two options: troubleshoot and turn off your computer. However, when I clicked on troubleshoot, there was no button to reset my computer. Is there anyone that can help with this problem?
