Is it possible to bring back a version of Windows Live Mail to a current version of Windows 10

I have used Windows Live Mail for many years and find it the much more user friendly than Outlook, in particular for setting up groups of email addresses. In up-dating my computer my Windows Live Mail and all the attached email addresses were lost. Can I get Windows Live Mail back?
