I'm trying to help my cousin get into her Windows 11 laptop. She forgot her PIN. I have done the forgot my PIN. Her email address and password and it says emailing code. No emails are received. We don't have her bitlocker recovery key and trying to get it goes through the whole process of emails not received with a code in it. I thought that the people of Microsoft would have more intelligent ways to get into a computer for a forgotten PIN than waiting 30 days and no guarantees of fixing the problem.
