Audio issues.

Been working for about 9 hours. Just installed a new motherboard today but for some reason It is not allowing me use my headphone jack on my PC. Audio comes over to my monitor and comes out fine but for whatever reason my pc is not recognizing my headset. Have downloaded the newest driver from the site for my motherboard but nothing is showing in device manager. Any help would be much appreciated. Here is my pc info ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC.
