Monitor randomly losing signal after using snip and sketch

For some odd reason whenever i take a screenshot using Windows Shift S, my monitor just lose signal. This started happening since yesterday nightDoesnt seem to turn on after a restart either, i did nothing with the wire at the backIm using GT 730 graphic card
