Hello!Last Wednesday I wanted to factory reset my laptop ( HP Notebook 15 da0072na) but I started it late in the evening. When I woke up, it hadn’t finished but I had to go to school. For safety reasons I took it off charge and when I came back, I got a message along the lines of - windows couldn’t reset all your personal data, if you want to give the device away, we recommend resetting again. I said okay fine so I logged in and everything during the weekend and prepared to reset againIt’s currently Sunday 11.12am, I started resetting yesterday, Saturday around 1pm…… it’s been stuck at 99% sin
