After trying to troubleshoot this issue for a couple of hours, I found on the net an actual fix. Open CMD and type sfc/scannow then press enter. The system found some corrupted files which were fixed automatically.Problem solved. To do this:1. Press Ctrl,Alt and Delete at the same time.2. Choose Task Manager then click on "Run new task".3. Type cmd in the window and select the option "Create this task with administrative privileges".4. Type sfc/scannow and press enter. It takes a couple of minutes to finish.5. Once done close the window and restart the computer.Let me know if this worked for you.
