I recently encountered an issue when performing a windows update on my computer. I believe that the update caused a corruption in my boot partition which I could not correct. I tried all the repair options provided by windows including reversing the update and using safe mode, with no success. I ended up having to reinstall windows without keeping any files or applications. As a last ditch effort, I reinstalled Windows on a second drive rather than formatting my original boot drive. I now have a working installation of Windows 11 on a sacrificed drive. I see my previous install on the original
