I changed the hardware in my PC and now it says my windows is not activated. I have no way of knowing what the key for my Windows 10 is and now I have a graphics issue I cannot resolve unless I spend like a lot of money on a new key that I do not have due to tuition. My issue is my personalization settings are locked so I cannot edit them and for some odd reason (Idk what) lots of colors are stuck being tinted to plum, like and since I do not have windows activated, I cannot change my color settings.
