Hello I have just updated my laptop with windows 10 I also reloaded my Epson printer. Now for some unexplained reason I cannot get past the first page. I have entered the pin/password that I have used forever and still cannot get it to work. When I first got laptop I put my land line as the number to get in touch with me , but of course I can't get a text. What the heck can I do.
